OUR MISSION: To provide HOPE to those millions bound by dependencies.

In 1975, Fred Hyde, was invited to preach at the Australian General Conference. During one service he shared his testimony; a year later he returned to find that a man had joined the church after hearing a recorded tape of that night. The man wondered what could be on a $0.30 piece of plastic that had so deeply moved him, and imagined the impact if that story reached 30 million Americans battling alcoholism. My father then traveled to Lahore, Pakistan, where he read an English-language Russian newspaper, Sputnik, which ran an article about a mansion restored from disrepair—a story titled “Raised From the Ruins.” He returned to the United States intending to pastor a church and build a ministry gradually, but following a debriefing at Foreign Missions headquarters he began receiving invitations to speak, and the work steadily expanded. When he passed away on Christmas Day 2009, the ministry, formerly known as Spirit of Freedom, was in use in more than 1,800 of our then-4,000 churches and had spread worldwide through our missionaries. 

Following Fred Hyde's death in 2017, his Mike Hyde took up the mantle with Reflections of Freedom Ministry, LLC.   In today's society dependencies such as:  alcohol, tobacco, drugs, pornography, have extended into cutting, video gambling, online pornography, vaping and many more invisible chains.  They produce lying, shame, fear, anger, loneliness, and hopelessness to name a few.  They destroy our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being.  These dependencies' inevitably damage relationships, families,  friends, homes, and careers.  These chains will damage the mind and how it process.  We can see the effects this takes on  mental acuity,  These chains are lies.  Their goal is to keep us bound and a dependent.  

No ONE can overcome addition by himself/herself. Everybody needs supports, regardless if you are the abuser or victim.  We have found the most successful program used to break these chains of dependencies is the Bible.  The Bible is what we rebuild our life upon.  You must have a strong foundation before you begin to rebuild.  God's word is delivering the dependant. How? Why?  Because God's word is the user manual for mankind.  Everyday some where in the world God is delivering the addicted from their addictions.  This is a proven foundation. YOU CAN OVERCOME TOO.

We created the Christian Intervention Program (CIP) which is a Court Approved/Mandated weekly program designed to give you power over all dependencies.  In addition it teaches one how to rebuild your life.  This program consists of 20 Lessons on various addictions.  There are also lessons on how to put your everyday life back together.
